My favourite plant filled protein shake
- 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (I use vanilla or chocolate flavour)
- 1/2 a banana
- 1/2 a small avocado
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach (frozen works well too!)
- 300ml unsweetened almond milk
- Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
- Mix and match with different fruits and vegetables to find your favourite combinations – I also love berries, pear, beetroot and pineapple in my breakfast shakes!
