Plant based protein shake

My favourite plant filled protein shake


  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (I use vanilla or chocolate flavour)
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1/2 a small avocado
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach (frozen works well too!)
  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
  2. Mix and match with different fruits and vegetables to find your favourite combinations – I also love berries, pear, beetroot and pineapple in my breakfast shakes!
