Seedy loaf


  • Coconut oil for greasing the tin
  • 120g ground almonds
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 100g pumpkin seeds
  • 75g sesame seeds
  • 30g chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 75ml unsweetened Almond milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c.
  2. Combine all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then slowly add the eggs and milk.
  3. Mix well, then pour into a greased 1lb loaf tin.
  4. Into the oven for 40 minutes, then allow to cool before slicing, toasting, topping and devouring!
