Snacks and sweet treats

Snacking is usually my downfall when I’m trying to stick to a healthy meal plan. Its all too easy to reach for processed, high sugar, high fat, nutritionally useless foods when we have a sudden snack attack (hello biscuits!).  These recipes do take a little more time than reaching for the biscuit tin, but they are great healthy snacks and treats for kids and adults alike, and I guarantee that your tummy will thank you. We all deserve a little treat now and then, right?
